Dr. Jason Wayne, D.C.

spinal decompression chiropractor in Frisco, Texas

Dr. Jason Wayne completed his undergraduate degree at Arkansas State University. After graduation, he served as Director of Fitness at a large regional hospital, where he recognized a critical need to bridge the gap between allopathic and holistic medicine. This insight inspired him to pursue a deeper path in healthcare, ultimately leading him to Texas Chiropractic College, where he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2006.

While in chiropractic school and throughout his professional career, Dr. Wayne has maintained a strong passion for sports medicine and functional recovery. He became certified in advanced soft-tissue techniques such as Active Release and the Graston Technique, which have allowed him to collaborate closely with medical and orthopedic doctors. His goal: to prevent unnecessary surgeries and aid in post-surgical rehabilitation through conservative care.

Over the years, Dr. Wayne has dedicated himself to helping patients overcome chronic and complex spinal issues. As a certified spinal decompression chiropractor, he specializes in non-surgical spinal decompression therapy—a powerful solution that has helped many patients avoid surgery and break free from dependence on harmful, addictive pain medications. His holistic approach to spinal health emphasizes long-term relief and improved quality of life.

Today, Dr. Wayne brings this expertise to every patient interaction, combining evidence-based chiropractic care with compassionate support. He believes in treating the root cause of discomfort and empowering people to live active, pain-free lives.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Wayne enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, hunting in the great outdoors, and—despite the ups and downs—passionately following Arkansas Razorback sports. His foundation is rooted in faith, and he finds strength and accountability through his family, community, and calling to serve others.
